Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common surgical repair techniques works better for fixing a leaky tricuspid heart valve. Researchers will compare a flexible band to a rigid ring in 300 patients who also need other heart surgery. The goal is to see which method provides more durable repair and better long-term outcomes for patients.
