Summary

This study is collecting information on how well and how safely Medtronic heart surgery devices work in real-world hospital settings. It will follow 5,000 patients who have already received these devices as part of their standard care. The goal is to confirm the devices are safe and effective in everyday use and to watch for any new or unexpected problems.
