NCT ID NCT07425600

Summary

This study aims to find the best personalized dose of a medicine called fibrinogen concentrate, which helps blood to clot. It will involve 150 adults having major heart surgery who need this medicine to control bleeding after their operation. Researchers will measure how different doses affect patients' blood clotting to learn how to give the right amount faster and more effectively.
