Dissolving stent vs. medicated balloon: which works better for heart blockages?

Summary
This study aims to see which of two common treatments works better for opening clogged heart arteries: a new type of dissolving stent or a medicated balloon. It will involve 150 patients with significant artery blockages who need treatment. Researchers will randomly assign patients to receive one of the two treatments and then track how well the artery stays open over 5 years.
