Heart study tests best way to place Life-Saving stents

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to guide stent placement for patients with a serious blockage in their main heart artery. It will compare using standard imaging (angiography) against a more detailed pressure measurement (FFR) to decide where to put the stents. About 960 patients will be followed for two years to see which method leads to fewer heart attacks, deaths, or repeat procedures.
