Summary

This study aims to understand how common and what type of plaque buildup (atherosclerosis) exists in the heart arteries of former high-intensity athletes. Researchers will use AI software to analyze special heart scans (CCTA) from 100 former professional or top college athletes aged 30 and older. The goal is to gather knowledge about heart disease risk in this specific group, not to provide treatment.
