Summary
This study looked at whether APF530, a drug for nausea, causes heart rhythm changes. Fifty-six healthy adults received APF530, a placebo, or other drugs in random order. Researchers measured heart activity with ECGs and blood samples. The goal was to see if APF530 is safe for the heart.
