Summary

This study looks at 1,000 adults aged 40-80 with high cholesterol but no heart symptoms. It compares two ways to find very high heart risk: a simple online calculator (SCORE2) versus detailed scans of neck and heart arteries. The goal is to see if scans catch more people who need aggressive treatment to prevent a first heart attack.
