Summary
This study looks at heart rhythm in women with premature ovarian insufficiency (early menopause) and whether hormone replacement therapy affects it. Researchers will compare 120 women with the condition to healthy volunteers. The goal is to understand if these women have a higher risk of dangerous heart rhythms and how hormone treatment changes that risk.
