Major heart study tracks hidden rhythm risks after valve surgery

NCT ID NCT07390513

Summary

This study aims to understand how heart rhythms change after a common, minimally invasive procedure to replace a narrowed heart valve. Researchers are looking back at data from 1000 patients to see who develops irregular heartbeats, when they happen, and what factors might predict them. The goal is to gather knowledge that helps doctors better monitor and manage patients after their procedure.
