Summary
This study tests a nurse-led group education program designed to improve sexual function, mood, and quality of life in women attending cardiac rehabilitation after a heart event. About 66 women will take part, and the program is added to their usual rehab care. The goal is to see if addressing sexual health in a female-friendly way makes a real difference.
