NCT ID NCT07636460

First seen Jun 10, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 10, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether specially designed educational videos, sent through a mobile messaging app, could help people with coronary heart disease improve their fitness and heart health during a home-based cardiac rehabilitation program. Twenty-one participants in Malaysia took part in a 12-week program, receiving either the new videos or standard education materials. The goal was to see if the videos made it easier for patients to understand heart health and stick to healthy habits.
