Summary

This study tests a new care approach for Thai adults aged 60 and older who have had a heart attack and a stent procedure. The program combines in-person education, motivational counseling, and a mobile app (LINE) to support healthy habits and recovery at home. Researchers will measure changes in healthy behaviors, quality of life, and satisfaction with care over 12 weeks.
