Summary
This study tested whether adding heart rate variability biofeedback (a technique to help control your heartbeat rhythm) to regular physical activity could improve quality of life in people who finished treatment for blood cancers. 80 adults in remission took part. The goal was to see if this combination helps with overall well-being and fatigue.
