Gentler heart procedure tested for patients with small arteries
NCT ID NCT07410364
Summary
This study is testing whether a thinner, more flexible medical tube is safer and works better for common heart artery procedures when performed through the wrist. It will involve 594 adults with naturally small wrist arteries. Researchers will compare the new thinner tube to a standard one to see which causes fewer artery blockages and complications after the procedure.
