One pill or two? early test for heart drug combo
NCT ID NCT07444164
Summary
This early-stage study aimed to see if a new single pill containing two common heart medications (ticagrelor and aspirin) is absorbed by the body similarly to taking the two pills separately. It involved 24 healthy volunteers to measure drug levels in the blood. The goal was to gather data to support developing a more convenient combined pill for future patient use.
