First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study uses advanced heart MRI scans to look at blood flow in people with different types of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (thick heart muscle), including rare forms like Anderson-Fabry disease and cardiac amyloidosis. Researchers will also study first-degree relatives and genetic carriers. The goal is to find unique blood flow patterns for each condition, which could help doctors diagnose and manage these diseases more accurately.
