Massive 10-Year heart scan study aims to predict your future health

NCT ID NCT02326324

Summary

This study is trying to learn if heart MRI scans and blood tests can predict who will develop serious heart problems or die over the next 10 years. Researchers are following 10,000 patients who are already getting heart MRIs for medical reasons. They'll collect scan data, blood samples, and health questionnaires, then track participants' health for a decade to see if the initial tests predicted future outcomes.
