Scientists test Next-Generation heart scans to spot disease earlier

Summary
This study aims to develop and test new MRI scanning methods to improve how doctors diagnose and monitor heart disease. It will enroll 3,400 adults, including both people with known or suspected heart conditions and healthy volunteers, who will undergo MRI scans and be followed for up to 5 years. The goal is to create more precise imaging tools that could lead to better detection and management of heart failure and other cardiovascular problems.
