Summary
This study aims to see if regularly checking blood for signs of heart injury can help prevent serious heart problems in cancer patients receiving immunotherapy. Researchers will monitor 980 adults getting standard immunotherapy treatment to see if this monitoring approach reduces heart-related complications. The goal is to make these powerful cancer treatments safer by catching potential heart issues early.
