Summary
This study aims to check how accurately different commercial heart rate monitors measure heart rate when people are resting and during exercise that maximizes fat burning. Researchers will test 10 different monitors on 52 overweight or obese young adults who don't exercise much. The goal is to gather better information to help design effective exercise programs for weight management.
