Summary

This study is observing 200 adults with chronic kidney disease and a type of heart failure to see how a class of diabetes drugs called flozins affects their heart and kidney health over time. Researchers will measure things like heart attacks, strokes, hospitalizations, and kidney function. The goal is to better understand the benefits of these drugs in this specific group of patients.
