Summary

This study follows over 4,000 women for years after their first pregnancy to understand how pregnancy-related health issues (like high blood pressure or diabetes) are linked to future heart disease. Researchers will track conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity through surveys and checkups. No treatment is given—this is an observational study to improve prediction and prevention strategies for women's heart health.
