Summary
This study aims to understand how long-term gender-affirming hormone therapy affects heart health. Researchers will follow 500 transgender adults for at least a year, measuring blood pressure, cholesterol, body composition, and other health markers. The goal is to gather better safety data to help doctors monitor patients and balance the benefits of therapy with potential heart risks.
