Pregnancy heart health study could shape future care

Summary
This study looks at how a pregnant woman's heart health affects her and her baby's health. Researchers will track 5,000 pregnant women to see if a new heart health score, called Life's Essential 8, can predict problems like high blood pressure or preterm birth. The goal is to create better heart health standards for pregnancy.
