Summary
This study aims to find out which newer type 2 diabetes medications are best at protecting the heart and blood vessels. It will compare four different drug combinations in 240 patients who have diabetes and a high risk for heart problems. Researchers will measure heart function, artery stiffness, and other health markers over a year to see which treatment works best.
