Pacemaker heart changes under the microscope

Summary
This study looks at how the right side of the heart changes in 40 adults who get a pacemaker, ICD, or CRT device. Researchers will use heart scans and blood tests before the implant and again six months later. No new treatments are given—the goal is simply to learn more about how these devices affect heart function.
