Summary
This early study tests a special pacemaker therapy called Cardiac Neuromodulation Therapy (CNT) in 20 adults who need a pacemaker and have heart failure with preserved pumping ability plus high blood pressure. The therapy aims to improve heart function and lower blood pressure during rest and exercise over 12 months. After the study, participants return to standard care.
