Summary
This study tested a 12-week program designed to improve the relationship and emotional health of people with heart failure and their family caregivers. 192 patient-caregiver pairs took part, with some receiving the program and others getting usual care. The goal was to see if the program could strengthen their bond, resilience, and quality of life.
