Scientists launch major registry to unlock secrets of a common heart condition

NCT ID NCT06114498

Summary

This study aims to create a detailed registry of 240 patients hospitalized with a specific type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but doesn't fill properly (HFpEF). Researchers will collect extensive information on patients' health, treatments, and body measurements to understand what factors lead to worse outcomes during and after hospitalization. The goal is to identify patterns and new markers to help doctors better predict and manage this complex condition in the future.
