Summary
This study aims to collect blood, urine, and stool samples from 2000 adults with heart failure to better understand how the disease progresses. Researchers will analyze these samples to find proteins and other factors linked to worsening heart function. Participants have one visit and are followed through medical records for up to 5 years.
