Summary
This study aims to better predict which heart failure patients are at highest risk of being hospitalized again or dying within a year. Researchers will collect detailed health data, blood samples, and gut bacteria samples from 400 patients and 200 healthy people. By combining all this information, they hope to build a more accurate model to forecast patient outcomes and understand how the gut and heart are connected.
