Summary

This study is testing whether a stem cell treatment called ADR-002K can help people with heart failure who are having coronary artery bypass surgery. The treatment involves applying stem cells directly to the heart during the surgery. Researchers will follow 50 patients for two years to see if it reduces serious heart problems and improves heart strength and quality of life.
