Implanted sensor aims to keep heart failure patients out of hospital

Summary
This study is testing a small sensor that is permanently implanted in the lung artery to monitor pressure. The goal is to see if giving patients and doctors daily access to this data helps manage heart failure better, preventing serious events and hospital stays. It will involve 1,750 adults with moderate heart failure symptoms.
