Summary
This study is testing whether adding video call education to standard heart failure training helps patients better manage their condition. Researchers will compare 100 patients who receive either standard education alone or standard education plus video call follow-ups. The goal is to see if the extra remote support improves patients' ability to monitor symptoms, follow treatment plans, and prevent complications over six months.
