Doctors track hidden heart failure risk in diabetics
NCT ID NCT04482283
Summary
This study aimed to understand how common hidden heart failure is in people with type 2 diabetes who are at high risk for heart problems. Researchers followed 245 patients in Greece for two years to see who developed symptoms and to identify factors that might predict this risk. The goal was to gather information to help doctors spot and manage heart failure earlier in diabetic patients.
