Heart failure breakthrough? new pacing method challenges standard treatment
NCT ID NCT07069738
Summary
This study compares two ways to pace the heart for people with moderate to severe heart failure. Researchers want to see if placing the pacing wire in a different heart area (Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing) works better and causes fewer complications than the current standard method (Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy). The study will enroll 850 adults who meet specific heart failure criteria to track survival, hospital visits, and device safety over time.
