Heart failure pacemaker showdown: which setup works best?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of three specialized pacemaker setups works best for people with heart failure and irregular heartbeats. Researchers will randomly assign 60 participants to receive either the current standard pacemaker or one of two newer approaches. Over six months, they'll track symptoms, heart function, and quality of life to determine which method provides the most benefit.
