Summary
This study aims to understand how often heart failure occurs alongside other conditions like kidney disease, diabetes, and fatty liver disease, and how these combinations affect patient health over time. It will follow 3,000 adults in Russia with or at risk for heart failure for two years, collecting health data through check-ups and phone calls. The goal is to gather knowledge to better predict risks and outcomes, not to test a new treatment.
