Summary
This study tests whether easy-to-understand visual charts showing the benefits of heart failure medications can help patients take their drugs more consistently. Researchers will work with 100 adults who have heart failure and measure their medication use through blood tests and surveys. The goal is to find a simple way to improve treatment adherence, which could lead to fewer hospital visits and better quality of life.
