New monitoring tool aims to cut heart failure deaths and hospital stays

Summary

This study compares a new monitoring system called SmartSignalHF to standard remote care for people with heart failure who have an implanted heart device. About 1,132 adults aged 18-85 with moderate heart failure will take part. The goal is to see if SmartSignalHF can reduce deaths and hospital visits over one year.
