Summary

This study is testing a small device implanted in the heart wall that monitors pressure and creates a tiny opening between heart chambers. It aims to help people with chronic heart failure who still have symptoms despite standard medications. Researchers want to see if this implant safely reduces hospital visits and improves walking ability for 330 participants.
