NCT ID NCT07451457

Summary

This study is testing whether a structured education program can help people with heart failure better understand and manage their condition. About 1,000 patients and their family members will voluntarily attend a one-hour interactive class led by doctors and nurses. Researchers will track if the program improves patients' knowledge, self-care habits, and long-term health over a year.
