Summary

This study tested a 12-week program for heart failure patients and their family caregivers. The program focused on improving their relationship, emotional strength, and quality of life. 192 patient-caregiver pairs took part, with some receiving the program and others getting usual care. The goal was to see if the program could reduce anxiety and depression while building resilience and self-compassion.
