New heart failure drug enters Mid-Stage testing

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called BMS-986435/MYK-224 in adults with a specific type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but still causes symptoms. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, how well people tolerate it, and how it behaves in the body. About 208 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to compare results.
