NCT ID NCT07157527
Summary
This study is checking if a heart failure medication called sacubitril/valsartan can improve how well the heart relaxes between beats. It will follow 70 Egyptian adults with weakened heart pumps for six months, using heart ultrasound scans before and after treatment. The goal is to see if this drug helps with a specific type of heart stiffness that causes symptoms, beyond its known benefits for heart pumping strength.
