NCT ID NCT05168787
Summary
This study aimed to see if a heart failure medication called sacubitril/valsartan works as well for African American patients as it does for others. Researchers followed over 6,500 African American patients with weakened heart pumping to compare outcomes between this drug and standard treatments. The goal was to understand if the drug's unique mechanism is equally effective for this specific population.
