First human tests begin for new heart failure drugs
NCT ID NCT07476157
Summary
This early study aims to check the safety and measure how two new heart failure drugs (AD-118 and AD-1181) move through the bodies of healthy volunteers. It will involve 70 healthy adults who will take each drug once on separate occasions. The main goal is to see how much of the drug gets into the bloodstream and how long it stays there, which is a first step before testing in people with heart failure.
