First human test for new heart pill

NCT ID NCT07186946

Summary

This was a very early safety study for a new drug called THRV-1268, which is being developed for heart failure. Researchers gave single doses to 16 healthy but obese adults to see if it was safe and to measure how the body processes it. The main goal was to check for side effects and understand how the drug moves through the body, not to treat any disease.
