Summary

This study tests three different medicines (empagliflozin, acetazolamide, and metolazone) given alongside standard water pills to people hospitalized with acute heart failure and fluid buildup. The goal is to see which one helps the body remove more fluid over three days. The study will enroll 66 adults and also check changes in heart stress markers.
